I graduated from Thompson River University (formerly Caribou College) in Kamloops, BC in 1993. I always wanted to either work with animals or be a nurse, so becoming an RVT was the perfect fit. And the nursing aspect of my job has always been my favourite. Making sure our sweet patients are as happy and comfortable as possible during their stay is very important to me. Albert North Veterinary Clinic has been my home for 20 years and I couldn’t ask for a better place to work. Support amongst my coworkers is outstanding and I truly couldn’t do my job without them. I love and admire them all.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy baking, cooking, and gardening. But mostly you will find me knitting with a sweet old Whippet named Tetley on my lap.
