To be accredited by AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association), our hospital must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service and be measured against the most rigorous standards in the veterinary industry.  Accreditation is voluntary, only 12% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are AAHA accredited.

During the accreditation process, we are evaluted based on AAHA’s Standards of Accreditation – an extensive list of more than 900 standards that directly correlate to the care we are providing your pet.  Some examples of these standards can be found here.

Grieving is a normal part of the process in coping with your loss.  Here we provide some links to help you during this time.

When traveling with your pet outside of Canada, it is important to know what your pet needs to be accepted into another country.  For example, in the U.S.A., if the pet is over 12 weeks of age it must have a current Rabies vaccine certificate in order to cross the border.  Each country varies and some have extensive parasite treatments, etc. that must be done a certain amount of time prior to your departure from here.  For more information visit the link below.  You can also contact our local CFIA office – Saskatchewan Area (Regina) for more information or clarifications – 306-780-5220
